12 cavity hot runner valve gate PET preform mould with interchangeable core plate to produce 30.5g PET preform and 35g PET preform. Mould core and cavity made by S136 steel. This mould use copper alloy strip plate for the excellent cooling.
PET preform mould injection moulding temperature affect the preform a lot. So adjusting the temperature setting at the starting of the preform mould injection molding is very important.
This is second time mould test before client come to see the mould test presently. The test was very sucessful
Checking the samples weight during the mould test.
Due to this mould have two sperate core plates. So need to change the core plate after finish testting one weight preform.
